MLT SUPPORTS NGARRINDJERI LANGUAGE CLASS AT VICTOR HARBOUR

In December Clayton Cruse participated in a Ngarrindjeri language class run at Victor Harbour High School. The MLT has supported this initiative to extend Ngarrindjeri language classes to the wider Victor Harbour community and to enable Phyllis Williams to complete her Certificate IV in Teaching an Endangered Aboriginal Language.

The MLT has previously supported the development and delivery of a Certificate III in Learning an Endangered Aboriginal Language in remote locations, such as Ceduna. The MLT is happy to continue to support institutional and grassroots projects supporting Aboriginal languages across the state.
