As part of our reporting obligations for our ILA funding it is important that visits with community members and the Mobile Language Team are reported accurately and timely through their internal survey mechanisms.

These surveys are currently split into two categories below, Individuals Visits and Group Visits and are ideally filled in with community members at the time of the visits.
